1. Order Cancellation – Materials
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our team.
Once materials are dispatched or delivered, cancellation may not be possible.
2. Service Cancellation – Painting & Waterproofing
Customers may request cancellation or rescheduling before work begins. However:
- Advance payments may be adjusted against future services.
- Material already purchased for the project may not be refundable.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in cases such as:
- Product unavailable after payment
- Incorrect product supplied
- Damaged materials at delivery (reported immediately)
Refund approval is subject to verification.
4. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Opened or used paint materials
- Custom-mixed paint shades
- Services already completed
- Change of mind after delivery
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days through original payment method or bank transfer.
6. Replacement of Damaged Materials
Customers should check materials at delivery time. Damaged items must be reported immediately for replacement support.
